Technical Features:
Control valve: through type, bearings at both ends can rotate flexibly and smoothly, long service life. Heavy load & high pressure : oil pressure of 17Mpa can be applied to HCV with front axle load of 9.5T. Seal: high and low temperature resistant (- 40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃) seal is adopted, which is suitable for severe working conditions of extremely cold and extremely hot. Relief valve: integrated pressure relief valve and one-way valve to provide system protection and ensure driving safety during emergency steering. Cosine gear ratio: smooth and light effort for static and low-speed steering, good high-speed handling stability, obvious road feeling and good response linearity. Straight tooth & eccentric design : no obvious neutral idle stroke, good turning accuracy, high transmission efficiency, sufficient driving confidence.
