On November 13, the enterprise technology center of Hubei Tri-ring Motor Steering Gear Co., ltd. was jointly awarded the title of recognized enterprise technology center by Hubei provincial development and reform Commission, provincial science and technology department, provincial finance department, provincial tax bureau, provincial local taxation bureau and Wuhan customs, which marked the formal upgrade of Tri-ring Motor Steering enterprise technology center to provincial technology center.
The Enterprise Technology Center of Hubei Tri-ring Motor Steering Gear Co., Ltd. was established in April 2010. There are currently 126 technical talents of various types, including 3 master's degree, 64 bachelor's degree or above, 11 senior engineers and 20 engineers. A large number of typical technical talents such as Hubei Province labor model Lei Senlin, technology leader Zhou Bo, “Chutian skill master” Xu Qianhua, man of Tri-ring group Wang Riyang, Xianning city's outstanding scientific worker Wang Hongzhang and Du Shaoxiong.
At present, the research and development test conditions of the technical center are complete, and the technical center has the basic conditions for the research and development and test of heavy, medium, light,, micro full series hydraulic steering gear and EPS electric power steering gear.
It is understood that in the four years since its establishment, the Technology Center has given full play to the advantages of patented technology, basic conditions and talents, increased capital investment, relied on scientific and technological progress, continuously carried out technological and management innovations, promoted the rapid development of enterprises and achieved good results. From 2010 to 2013, the number of research and development projects involved was 12, the annual average number of scientific and technological achievements transformation was 4, and the number of new products that could be sold through scientific and technological achievements transformation was more than 6 each year. Through independent innovation, industry-university-research cooperation and foreign cooperation, 17 patents of various types have been obtained in the past three years, including 6 patents declared in 2014 and 6 authorized patents, including 1 invention patent.
It is reported that the Tri-Ring Technology Center passed the preliminary examination of the accreditation enterprise technology center organized by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission in April this year. At the expert review meeting organized by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission in May this year, the participating experts believed that Tri-ring Technology Center has strong technical strength, great enterprise development potential and high product technology content, and unanimously agreed to award Hubei Tri-ring Motor Steering Gear Co., Ltd. the title of “accreditation enterprise technology center” in Hubei Province. This is the first provincial-level technical center in the automobile steering gear industry in Hubei province, marking that the research and development level of the technical center of Tri-ring Motor Steering Gear co., ltd. has reached the provincial level.
