Xu Qianhua, General Manager of the company, made a business report to the conference. In 2019, the company completed a total operating income of 568 million RMB, produced and sold 850,000 sets of various steering gears. In spite of the economic drop in the automobile industry, Xu Qianhua has made positive achievements. He has shown the achievements in 2019 with pictures and data from the aspects of market, production, technology, quality management, basic management and party affairs development, and has fully affirmed the work in 2019.
Xu Qianhua pointed out that while objectively reporting achievements, it is also necessary to talk about existing problems. The company's main problems include failure to reach marketing objectives, unstable product quality, insufficient scientific and technological innovation capability, urgent need to improve lean management, weak profitability of products, weak awareness of risk prevention and control, tight production liquidity, and slow progress in the reform of three systems.
In order to better carry out the work in 2020, GM Xu Qianhua made a systematic analysis and judgment on the global economic situation, the trend of the automobile industry and current situation of steering industry, pointed out that “the problem is potential, and the difficulty is opportunity”.
