In November, Tri-ring EPS production and sales exceeded 10,000 units, not only creating a new high in 2015, but also laying a solid foundation for EPS production and sales exceeding 150,000 units in 2016. Looking back over the past year, EPS broke its monthly production and sales records in September and October, and achieved “eight-broken” and “nine-broken” results respectively. In November, EPS achieved another good result, with its monthly production and sales breaking the first 10,000 vehicles, launching the first shot of “innovation leap in 2016”. Against the background of slowing growth in China's automobile market, new energy automobile steering gear products represented by EPS have taken a big step forward.
As early as October 2010, the company began to independently develop EPS product technology. After more than a year of technical research, the first EPS prototype was developed in September 2011. Starting production in September 2014, it took a key step in the strategy of “restructuring, upgrading and internationalization”.
The monthly production and sales of EPS products exceeding 10,000 sets is just a brand-new starting point. The ongoing project to build an industrial base for energy-saving and new energy vehicles will soon be the prelude to the continuous improvement of product quality and the enrichment of product types in 2016.
In order to meet the needs of the market and firmly grasp the market opportunities, the company is transforming the EPS structure product manufacturing platform to expand production capacity and realize the concept of green environmental protection. After the completion of the project, 200,000 sets of electric power steering gear will be added per year.
